John Potts
Director
John started his career at the tender age of 15 as an apprentice. He actively completed his apprenticeship with Lovelock and Mitchell while studying at North Devon College. In 2011 John joined Chichester Developments as a Project Manager. John managed a number of trades and had programs to ensure every build was completed to the very best standard and on time. John regularly communicated with architects, solicitors and building inspectors. John’s knowledge, understanding and attention to detail is of a very high standard.
Barry
Carpenter
Barry is a qualified carpenter and has over 20 year’s experience. Barry has worked with us for many years now and is more than capable of being left in charge to run a job in John’s absence. Even though Barry is a carpenter by trade he is also very skilled in many other aspects of the building industry.
Brodi
Apprentice
Brodi is our newly qualified apprentice. He has been with us for just over 2 years and in that time he has obtained his bricklaying qualification. Most of all he has gained firsthand experience and is now gaining further experience in carpentry and other aspects of the building industry.
Neil
Mason
Neil is a qualified bricklayer and has over 20 years experience. Neil specialises in stonework, brick and blockwork and many other masonry works.
Marc
Boarder
Marc is a qualified boarder and has over 20 years experience. Marc not only boards for us but also helps labour from time to time.
We also have a team of specialist sub-contractors that we work closely with as and when needed. Ollie our electrician, Andy our plumber and Darren the roofer just to name a few.
John has excellent communication skills and is extremely organised, has good leadership qualities and is very reliable.
