Current Project

Orleigh Court

Currently, we are working on a barn conversion in the heart of the North Devon countryside, it was originally built in 1820 and used as a piggery.

There were originally two separate barns which have now been linked via a new extension with new stone work to match the original buildings. During the first stages of digging up the existing old floors we unearthed an original well, following a discussion with the customers we are going to make the well into a feature.

All original features are being preserved as and where is safe. Since works commenced in May the barn has undergone huge structural alterations inside and out to transform this original piggery into a bright warm liveable home.

Due to a Natural England report we are integrating wildlife friendly areas including bat lofts, bat flight paths and owl lofts but to name a few.
