Lynton Renovation

Renovation of a four bedroom property situated in an elevated position. Due to the clients living up country all communication was via email, video call and photos. Works carried out consisted of internal knockdowns, installation of steel portal frames to capture the coastal views and wrap around decking with glass balustrade. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed along with a new heating system, plumbing and electrics.

Holsworthy New Build 

New two storey build from start to finish, comprising of three bedrooms, utility, ensuite, downstairs shower room and large kitchen diner. Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs, with XL porcelain floor tiles throughout. This project was fully managed by JP Complete Construction, giving the customer peace of mind that they would only deal with one point of contact. We liaised and arranged all needed contractors for completion of this project. The client was provided with a program of works so they could see and understand the order of works, this also helped with them controlling their mortgage draw downs.

South Molton conversion

An old cattle barn converted into a two bedroom house with open plan kitchen living diner, large bathroom & ensuite, large boot room and utility. Installation of new ridge steels and crank steels to stabilize the existing barn. Tanking installed throughout downstairs due to the barn being built into the ground. A bespoke oak and glass staircase was made and installed. Underfloor heating both upstairs and down stairs with the use of air source heating. This property benefited from a new borehole and water treatment plant to provide water source to the house.

Basingstoke extension 

This house has undergone quite a few changes. The old conservatory was replaced with a new single storey extension with bifold doors wrapping around two sides. The Garden comprised of a full landscape makeover. Demolishing to the existing kitchen dining room to open it up into a large kitchen dining area which now leads directly on to the new summer room and out to the patioed garden.

Torrington extension

This house has undergone quite a few changes. First a two storey side extension, then the removal of the old conservatory which was replaced by an office with a glass panelled roof and finally a multifunctioning garden room with storage.
